Sales Returns Policy

What is the Sales at policy on Returns & Exchanges?
You may return most new products purchased from within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any purchased items returned/exchanged after the 30 day period cannot be returned. All returned product must be in new and sellable condition. This of course means that all tags must be attached and the item(s) are unworn and unlaundered. Customized product may not be returned (this includes numbering, names, silk screening, embroidery, logos, and other customization services). Credits can only be made to the original form of payment. Any embellished items are ineligible for return.

AllĀ refunds will be for merchandise only (and any applicable tax paid); we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.

What if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact a Customer Care Representative at so we can fix the error and get the correct item shipped to you. If we’ve sent the wrong item in error, we will supply you with a pre-paid return label.
